Flexible & Easy 90 DAY Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from Washco Supplies, we’re here to help.

We have the best return policy in the business: You can return new, unused, and unopened product purchased from us within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Simply complete the Return Authorization Form below and we will review and send you return instructions within 3 business days.

Once we receive the item back and confirm it is new, unused, unopened and in original packaging, we will issue the refund to your original method of payment.

Please Note:

• Items must be returned unused and unopened in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• All shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted.
• Certain items such as chemicals, resin, holiday lights, custom orders, clearance items, and special order products are final sale.
• We cannot return items that are financed, please contact the financing company.
